How long until my dog goes into labor?

Hi guys! My dog's temperature dropped to 98.9 F today and we have noticed milk being secreted. I was wondering about how long do you think it will be until she has her pups? :) We adopted the dog not knowing she was pregnant, so we are trying to research and get as much information as possible dealing with her situation!
