How much should it cost to surgically remove a small tumor/cyst from my dog's lip?

I don't know if I would necessarily want to wait to get another opinion, or pay for the other vet visit. It's not much to pay to keep your dog healthy, though you could probably call a vet and see if they would quote you over the phone.
