2005 dodge neon sxt electrical problems?

My car has never had problems with it but recently the check engine light came on. Tested the codes, nothing came up. When I stop at a stop sign or red light, the check oil and airbag lights come on, but then turn off again when I accelerate. While I accelerate after I get up to about 60, the speedometer and RPM things drop to zero and sometimes go back up. Long shot.. but anyone have any idea what this could be?
