After updating to java 6, yahoo games informs me that I have too many virt. mach. running at once.No bridgeSOS

Its only yahoo that I have a problem with, nothing else, I wonder if others are having this issue too. First when I try to enter the message Java Applet cannot be loaded comes on before the Several Virtual machines are running the same process caused this error. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? It would be so appreciated, Thanks y'all:)
