Am taking drug test soon & it needs to show methadone in it, can I place a tiny amount the pill in my sample?

I am taking a drug test soon and need the drug Methadone to come back in my pee. Can I place a small amount, a even shaving into my pee sample and it show up on test Methadone or does the body metabolize it differently if orally taken and will only show up that way? And how much to pinch in pee?
