Fallout 3. Is it scary?

Between 2 or 3 where it's not suppose to scare to purposly but I there are some creepy parts where you just turn around and surprise yourself, but it's very laughable after it's all over. Some of the underground tunnels and buildings are little bit scary where the ghouls are, but thats like only 10 percent of the game.
