Government istance in NY!!1 Help my baby?

My BF and I got Laid Off right before our baby is due! I don’t know anything about this government istance stuff, any website/ information about programs that might relieve the severity of this situation would greatly help. I live in Washington County Ny, I don’t even know where I have to go to apply for this kind of stuff.
