Has anyone ever dated or married a person 20yrs older than themselves?

I am youthful 41yrs old and I met a man that is 60yrs old.. He does not look his age, in fact he pegged him to be around 50 yrs old.. He has a great personality, he is attractive, funny and outgoing and he seems to be established. He is interested in pursueing a relationship with me, but the age difference has me wondering if I should get involved with him.. We both have been married before and have grown children..Can a relationship with this great age difference really work?
