How do you know its going to be better when you leave?

I am in the same situtation. My is getting worse day by day. i am working 2 jobs to leave. He has hit me with the belt not once but a couple of times. Let me tell you from experience that they no more the hit but they always do it. You cannot just up and leave. You have to make a plan. Get a job whether its cleaning in a hotel you don't have to experience doing ot telemarketin. I know that is not the best job but they have good day shift hours and you can work when is working uring the day and he won't know that you are working never tell him where you are working. I made that mistake and mne got me fired because of his jealousy. Now he has gone crazy I went to a job interview and he followed me. When I worked in a hotel when my bnss left he sat at the bar and watched me work while he drink would not leave until Ieft work . Now that I am leaving I had to make a plan and get asecond job so that he didnt know where it was.And don't tell his family or friend anything. They always tell you that. for your safety.
