I'm 34 years old with 5 years prior military service (Marine Corps), can I re-enlist?

My husband is a Army Recruiter says you would need an age waiver to enter as an officer would need your DD-214 and yur bankruptcy papers to re-enter possibly as an officer that would require more research though because it might be a matter of security clearance. The tattoos woud not matter to the Army as long as not on wrists or neck. Good luck in your venture.
