Why isn't Rap insightful like it use to be? What happened?

Look what happens to rappers that only wanna get the message out....they never get as big as they should be...people need money...you cant live off of mixtape money forever....so they make the music that makes the money...they just doing what they gotta do to survive....its not like they cant still go hard...they just need to make money so they drop what the majority wants to hear....if you about to buy a car and you know the chick you feelin like black cars...You aint gonn' buy a black car?
