Can anyone please help me with my 13th birthday party? Thanks so much!?

Hey there! I'm trying to plan my 13th birthday, which I kind of crammed. My birthday is on October 17, but I can probably have the party later. I never had a REAL party, so I want to make this special. We are most likely going to get a DJ and the theme will probably be Black and White. Can anyone help me please? I don't know where to have it. It's weird to have it inside my house. It'll probably be too cold for outside. I am not in a country club. So, where? And if I do get a place, that might mean I have to a get a caterer and stuff. Is this all too much for a 13 year old? Do I sound like I'm trying to be too much of a Bat Mitzvah, even though I'm not Jewish? Thank you in advance!
