In between fueding neighbors..They are related...Respond please!?

A few issues in one...IN our apartments. On the left to me is a girl a few yrs younger than me with kids...On the right to me is a lady who obviously has a drinking problem....Girls on left, Her father married the drinking lady...I chit chat with everyone I have no problems with them. The lady and the step-daughter havent always gotten along. Lately they have been fighting - cops even one night....Now the drung lady always snickers rude comments, Like last night she tells my bf "if you want any drugs they are right over there" Impling they do drugs...We dont care what people do, Not our bussiness...Im not sure what to say to any rude snickering comments she has to say, Ive have just be ignoreing them and go about playing with my kids..Yesterday shes all drunk and says something about how we can all go camping.No offense btu I DO NO want to go camping or socialize with her that way, I just smiled and was like "oh really".Being drunk she prolly doesnt know ethier.Any idvise/suggestions?
