What is wrong with my amp?

i have an alpine mrp 1000 hooked up to a type x and i was messin around with it and dropped my speaker wire that connects to the box they touched and sparked..now the amp wont work..the blue light is on i know that doesnt really mean anything..also i took it apart and nothing looks fried
